Living room monitor/tv has a
roku + remote. Sound is at max volume- ideally leave it as is.
ENJOYING YOUR STAY
The trash dumper is located about a 10 second walk to the left when walking out the front door.
Dish soap dispenser is located to the right of the faucet, if it’s out, below the sink has extra.
Quiet hours are 10pm, meaning no loud gatherings/music outside after that time.
TVs in both rooms are on adjustable arms to adjust viewing angles
Use caution when using the stairs to the lookout. Walking to the side is easier and please hold on to the railings. Reminder this home isn’t listed as suitable for children because of the staircase. All children must be closely supervised at all times.
Coffee is in the white container.
TIP: Do not dry towels outside after 5pm .Misty ocean breeze will make the towels wet all over again by morning.
Kitchen Tips
Dishwasher is located to the left of the sink with tabs under the sink.
You pressed a button now it wants to run, oops. Close and re-open the dishwasher door then press and hold the left most start/play looking button until numbers read zero. Close the door, it will drain but will not run.
HOT TUB, finally!
Please read in full detail to avoid issues due to improper use.
OPENING THE TUB
When standing in front of the step, lift up the left side cover it will fold to the right, then lift up the stacked cover to the right-and it will properly stack to the right of the tub.
HOT TUB EXPERIENCE TIPS:
Ideally you would rinse off sunscreen prior to use.
Do not add ANYTHING into the hot tub, if you have concerns please reach out with questions and instructions directly.
After a few days of use, skin lotion oils might appear on the backside of the tub’s water line( you should wipe it off with a cloth for your benefit.
No GLASS bottles of any kind or food in the hot tub.
- For your safety there should be a decent amount of chlorine, some bathing suits might fade, it has happened but not often. Use at your own risk.
- The temp might be at 103 but you can maximize it to 104 Degrees by pressing the ‘warm’ button a few times.
CONTROLS/USING the HOT TUB
1. Flip up the cover on the LEFT side then push up and to the right to flip it over into place
2. Press down firmly with your finger on the JETS Button, once for low jet, twice for Big Jets,
3. Light is optional, please make sure to turn that off and replace cover anytime it’s not in USE.
4. It’s Normal for hot tub to run through out the day as it cycles and maintains it self. ( high jet mode times out)
5. The hot tub seats up to 4
You can turn the jets inside the top by hand to activate some and turn some on/off, which is optional.
Currently the two seats closest to the control panel have the strongest jets. You can dial the jets with your hands to control pressure and open the the other jets on the backside of the hot tub.
6.. Do not add any chemicals into the hot tub without prior permission.
7. Please be sure to close the hot tub cover as soon as the last person gets out.
8. Optionally; In the storage bin behind the hot tub you will find a mesh cleaning tool to scoop out any debris from the tub.
Beach
1. Simply walk out of the front door and go left through the parking lot and you are practically at the beach.
2. Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, toys and life vests for kids are located in the storage bin behind the Hot Tub.

Cleaners can arrive as early at 11:15am.
- Please take out the trash in the kitchen/bath/bedrooms to the dumpsters in the complex.
- Clean any dirty dishes and leave them to dry if possible next to the sink.
- Lock back sliding door.
Check for personal belongings… in all closets, under bed, sofa, indoor/outdoor shower. We know those fancy lotions aren’t cheap.
